It overlooks the stone courtyard dominated by a large palm tree and it develops on two levels: on the main floor a refined living room is dominated by a 18thcentury sacristy-vestry.

On the upper floor, to which the main floor is connected through a staircase with the original 18th-century chestnut wood balustrade, there are the bedroom and the big bathroom with bathtub.
